Information is used to operate the CRM, enforce access controls, deliver requested communications, prevent abuse, support users, and improve reliability.

Workspace control

Authorized workspace members control the CRM records they enter. Platform administrators can access operational metadata and tenant data only as required to administer and secure the service.
